The District Municipality of San Clemente, Sérvulo ESFAP Ica Gutierrez Fine Arts, the National Institute of Culture within the framework of Ica celebratory of his Silver Jubilee District Policy Foundation, are conducting cultural events called "Gathering Roots", the objective of these events is to to know the different cultural expressions that are developed in the district.
