Andahuaylas Cultural Association (ACUA) and the National University of Andahuaylas José María Arguedas, convened the first National Fast Painting Contest outdoor "ARGUEDAS deep rivers" in celebration of the centenary of the birth of José María Arguedas Amauta illustrious Altamirano whose aim is to portray the living face of the deep rivers through color Andahuaylas.
