On this occasion, the language teacher instructs the class to make a team, make up an ad. A Rosa and his team happens to campaign against guarrocacas, that's how they call those people who do not pick up their dog poop. But the class bully (the Casiguapa) and his gang will do everything possible to annoy Rosa and his group.
The plot of this story, which typically develops two childhood fantasies: "succeed" with schoolwork and cocky partner and bully receive their just desserts, served to address issues such as consumerism, advertising, bullying and the obsession of some children by the marks.
These issues, although serious, are treated with casual and humorous tone that characterizes the series of Rosa.
a cathartic end, characters and situations that are familiar to children, humor and wit, these are the main ingredients of this ration of literature.
